Privacy Policy

AnxiLog+ ("the App") is developed by George Diab, Las Vegas, NV ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. We built AnxiLog+ with a privacy-first philosophy: your data stays on your device.
1. Data We Collect
AnxiLog+ does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All information you enter into the App — check-in scores, notes, triggers, and settings — is stored locally on your device using SQLite. This data never leaves your phone unless you explicitly choose to export it.
We do not require you to create an account. There is no login, no email address, and no personal identifier of any kind.
2. Analytics and Tracking
AnxiLog+ does not include any analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, advertising frameworks, or third-party tracking libraries. We do not know how you use the App, how often you open it, or what features you interact with.
3. Subscription Purchases
AnxiLog+ offers an optional Pro subscription processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and managed by RevenueCat. When you subscribe, RevenueCat may collect certain data necessary to process and verify your purchase (such as device identifiers and transaction receipts). This data is subject to RevenueCat's own Privacy Policy, available at revenuecat.com/privacy .
Apple also processes payment information according to Apple's Privacy Policy . The Developer does not receive or store your payment card details.
4. Data You Choose to Export
The App allows you to export your check-in history as a CSV file or PDF report. This export is initiated entirely by you and is delivered directly to your device's share sheet or Files app. We do not receive a copy of any exported data.
5. Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete All Data). Uninstalling the App from your device also removes all locally stored data. Because we do not store your data on any server, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
6. Apple HealthKit
AnxiLog+ does not integrate with Apple HealthKit. No health data is shared with Apple Health or any third-party health platform.
7. California (CCPA) and European Union (GDPR) Users
For users in California (CCPA) or the European Union (GDPR): AnxiLog+ stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers. Because no personal data is collected by us, most provisions of these regulations are not applicable to our processing activities. 8. Data Retention
Your data persists on your device until you choose to delete it through the app's Settings screen or uninstall the application. Because we do not hold any copies of your data, we cannot recover it once deleted.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us so we can assist.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
