Terms of Service

Welcome to AnxiLog+. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AnxiLog+ mobile application ("App"), developed by George Diab, Las Vegas, NV ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not a Medical Device

AnxiLog+ is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including anxiety disorders. The App is a personal tracking tool designed to help you record and review self-reported anxiety levels. It does not provide medical advice, clinical assessments, or therapeutic services.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require professional help, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services. In the United States, you can reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal iOS device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App.

3. App Provided As-Is

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.

4. Your Data

All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of your device and your data. We do not store, access, or back up your data on any server. If you lose or reset your device without an export, your data cannot be recovered by the Developer.

5. Subscriptions

AnxiLog+ offers an optional Pro subscription available as a monthly ($4.99/month) or annual ($24.99/year) plan. Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Charges are applied to the Apple ID account on file at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

The Developer reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App or the App Store listing where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to AnxiLog+ at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless George Diab and AnxiLog+ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the application or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
